Level of Care
Outpatient Behavioral Health Services
Our outpatient program provides ongoing mental health and substance use support for adolescents and adults who can safely remain in their homes and communities while receiving treatment.
Outpatient treatment may be appropriate for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, mood disorders, family conflict, behavioral concerns, substance misuse, or difficulty managing daily responsibilities.
Virtual sessions available when clinically appropriate.
Outpatient services may include:
- Individual therapy
- Family therapy
- Group counseling
- Psychiatric evaluations
- Medication management
- Substance use assessments
- Relapse-prevention planning
- Care coordination
- Discharge and aftercare planning
Level of Care
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program provides a higher level of structure and clinical support than traditional weekly therapy while allowing clients to continue living at home.
IOP may be appropriate for individuals who need additional support following a hospitalization, residential treatment, crisis, relapse, or a significant decline in emotional or behavioral functioning. The program is designed to stabilize symptoms, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and increase personal accountability.
Virtual sessions available when clinically appropriate.
The program may include:
- Multiple treatment sessions each week
- Individual counseling and therapeutic groups
- Family education and support
- Psychiatric and medication-management services
- Crisis and safety planning
- Coping-skills and emotional-regulation training
- Relapse-prevention education
- Recovery and wellness planning
- Coordination with schools, providers, and community resources
Population
Adolescent Services
Our adolescent programs serve teens experiencing emotional distress, behavioral challenges, school difficulties, family conflict, trauma, substance use, or other mental health concerns.
Treatment is developmentally appropriate and recognizes the essential role of parents, caregivers, schools, and other supportive adults. Family participation may be incorporated to improve communication, establish healthy boundaries, and strengthen support systems.
Adolescent services may address:
- Anxiety and depression
- Trauma and grief
- Anger and emotional-regulation concerns
- School avoidance or academic difficulties
- Peer and relationship challenges
- Family conflict and self-esteem concerns

Adult Services
Our adult programs support individuals experiencing mental health symptoms, substance use concerns, major life transitions, relationship difficulties, occupational stress, trauma, grief, or challenges maintaining stability in daily life.
Our goal is to help each client gain greater insight, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and build a sustainable plan for long-term wellness.

Specialty Care
Substance Use Disorder Services
We provide confidential, nonjudgmental treatment for adolescents and adults affected by alcohol or substance use. Our services focus on understanding the underlying factors that contribute to substance use while helping clients build healthier ways to cope with stress, trauma, emotional pain, cravings, and environmental triggers.
We understand that recovery is a personal process. Our team meets each client with compassion, dignity, accountability, and respect.
Services may include:
