Every client begins with a clinical assessment. From there, we recommend the level of care that fits your needs, your safety, and your goals.
Outpatient Services
Ongoing mental health and substance use support for adolescents and adults who can safely remain at home and in the community while receiving treatment.
- Individual, family, and group therapy
- Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Substance use assessments and relapse prevention
- Care coordination and aftercare planning
Virtual sessions available when clinically appropriate.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
A higher level of structure and clinical support than weekly therapy, with multiple sessions each week, while clients continue living at home.
- Step-down support after hospitalization or crisis
- Therapeutic groups and individual counseling
- Family education, coping skills, and safety planning
- Coordination with schools, providers, and community resources
